About home loan

If a person is home loan borrower and not able to pay installments. Bank will took possession of property and auctioned it. Will it affect a persons professional life? Is he able to do government/ private sector job?

Only your personal experience can be the answer to your question. How any expert can judge your mental state and its effect on your official life?
If the EMIs, were beyond capacity to pay, home loan was not advisable.

The person can carry on his professional life, unaffected.
Similarly, the action taken by the bank will not affect the person's future prospects in getting government/private jobs.

If there is any column in any job application/affidavit on past unpaid debts, don’t conceal.
Some employers/establishments may want check on credit worthiness and go thru; CIBIL …
The government servant should not be insolvent and/or indulge in reckless borrowing.

Also go thru service, conduct and discipline rules of govt establishment..
