Can a proprietor of a proprietary firm give power of attorney to other person to look after their whole work, bidding tender, executing work and all?

Yes,proprietorship firm can appoint any person their power of attorney to do their business work.

Yes! the proprietor can give Power of attorney to an agent to look after or take care of his business or proprietary work.
