aadhaar card- father"s name

Wife delivered child at parental home. Husband neither came to see the child nor sent any money.
At the age of 10, Aadhaar Card was prepared. Wife got recorded her name only and not of her husband. Husband is citing it as cruelty in divorce petition filed by him.
What view the court would take?

probably it amounts to cruelty. How long the case is going.? Unless the baground is revealed no opinion could be given.

Sir,husband turned out his pregnant wife out of his house in 2003. Wife and her parents went to rehabilitate her but husband called police and drove them out of his house.After 4/5 months, the wife gave birth to a son at her parental home.Husband never came to see the child nor sent any money to his wife till now. Now he has filed divorce petition on ground of cruelty and desertion.

Presumably you are representing "wife" in the instant case, then it is not any cruelty since it is neither mental nor physical cruelty. It is no ground for divorce.
