Mediation in non compoundable cases

Can a court refer the case relating to non compoundable offence to mediation center?

If such case is related/connected with some other cases then such case can also be sent for mediation otherwise there is no scope.

Yes, it can. e.g. 498A cases and/or dispute between family members.

The Criminal Procedure Code does not prescribe referring a non compoundable offence to mediation unless the State Amendment allows it.
