can a widow remarriage has share in first husband property?
since that lady has no child with 1st husband.
she remarried and pregnant now.

According to Hindu Succession Act, as Hindu, at the time of death of her first husband she was his wife and at that time she inherited one share in his property as his widow, that she can claim even after her remarriage.

section 24 --disqualification of widow in remarriage((hindu succession act 1956)) is omitted by 39 amendment 2005.
i studied the act,,,,i got confused. whether the widow on remarriage will get property or not.....
please help me.

Her entitlement to the husband's property is on the date of becoming widow, not on the date of remarriage. Once a widow acquires right on the date of death of her husband that cannot be snatched or annulled on remarriage.
