Society not Giving NOC

Dear Experts

I hve bought a resale flat. I have re paid sellers loan thorugh balace tranfer of my loan and obtained no due certificate. sellers bank has released the charge. I have submitted the same and requested the Society to give NOC to my bank. but the soc is denying to give NOC and not giving clear grounds. Please let me know remedies available to me.

It is not clear in your querry that whether you are the member of the society or not. If you are the member then issue notice to the society.

Sir

I am not a member of the society. I am a prospective member who has bought a flat from the curent member. Society does not have objection in tranferring flat in my name but they are not ready to issue NOC to the bank

The Society cannot withhold NOC without assiging any reason. You serve a notice on the society for issuance of NOC.

Write to letter to the society adressing and requesting to the HON.SECRETARY and sent copy of the THE REGISTRAR OF SOCIETIES of your jurisdiction.
