Procedure for notary certificate (new application)

Sir please guide.......

One of my friend Shashi wants to become Notary Govt of India.

He is finding difficulty to Apply for New Notary Certificate.

He is not sure whether he has to apply Online or Offline or he has to submit an Application i.e. Form - I in-person to the office of Notary Cell, Delhi.

Please guide.

iT IS OFFLINE PROCEDURE. but THE APPLICATION FORM FOR APPOINTMENT OF ALL India notary PUBIC CAN BE OBTAINED ONLINE.Pushp Dev Singh Gil
You can open the link on Indian Notaries Act and rules on the net.

All questions of yours will be available there including the notary form and the procedure of appointment as a notary.

Simpler is purchase a bare Act and Rules of the Indian notaries which is easily available. It is very cheap and doesn't cost you much.. Black and White before you will be more convenient.and It is also available through online through this link:
