Hello sir,i need divorced from my wife. Actually that time I was 20year old and I getting married with her. Now she is harassing me. She already cutting two childs of her friends but she is not getting agree for all this and now she is troubling me for divorce so help me what I can do?
Last one year we are not staying together.so reply me

Workout with her divorce by mutual consent by offering her reasonable amount of permanent alimony. The unilateral divorce is not easy to get unless there is airtight case against the opposite spouse fulfilling the ground for divorce available to the petitioner/spouse.

If you want divorce from your spouse and your spouse is approaching you for the same then if the situation is such that despite all efforts the marriage cannot be saved then MCD is the quickest and easiest recourse.
Settle your terms with your spouse for MCD.
As per your post both spouses are willing and IT can happen.

Submit your clarification with respect to observation made by expert Mr. Kumar Doab, if there is some truth in your story which is prima facie a fabricated.
