Property bought from minor in 1995

Hi All,
I have bought a property in 1995 and at that time the property belonged to a Minor. Both the Minor's parents have signed and sold the property. Now after 20 years the Minor is claiming right on this property. At the time of sale in 1995 the minor was aged 15 years.
Please suggest what should the remediation steps .

The minor ought to have repudiated the sale and filed the suit within the limitation period after attaining majority.
