Hi All members

Thanks to all of you who replied upon my query last time but further I have a question in continuation of that case. The rape victim sent multiple abusive messages to her Rapist after rape. Its already delayed in filing rape complaint. She has not yet filed the complaint as she is under psychiatric treatment. If she files the rape complaint against her rapist doctor will victim also has to go jail for sending him abusive messages ? This matter is of 2015 still no FIR filed as she is under mental treatment and highly scared and no support.
