dear freinds one of my cliennt was granted anticipatory bail by asj in a FIR u/s 420 ipc and while granting bail the judge has imposed condition that he wil not leave india widout prior permission of trial court now the investigation is complete and d police has filed cancelation report wid the trial court my query is under which section can i apply for waiver of the condition for prior permission to travel abroad are there any case laws on this since my client is a business man and he requires to keep travelling abroad twice a month thanks

Filing the Petition under Sec 482 Cr.P.C-1973 in High Court would fetch good result.

You can seek leave of the court for travelling abroad based on the same provision for grant of bail/anticipatory bail. Perhaps, the facts stated reveals that it may not always be wise to rush to the Court and seek anticipatory bail just on the registration of the FIR

Should approach the same court which gave anticipatory bail with a prey to lift the ban in the circumstances.
