The judgement is. The present writ petition is allowed and respodent board is directed to appoint petitioner as auction recorder Wef the date person lower in merit than him has been appointed with all consequential benefits

I got pay fixation..seniority...from back date...bt Dept Is denying about back wages...I just want to know back wages cover under all consequential benefits or not
