Civil suit filed against sbt ( now sbi)

We have filed a Civil Suit in the Civil court which has been admitted. Can we file a petition for the same matter before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), now? Will it amount to sub-judice?

case can not be filed at NCDRF if the same is pending before civil court.
