Divorce

Hi sir I wanna ask you i love someone in my life but he is married 6 years of his marriage he is not happy with his wife daily fighting.They have one kid.He wants to leave her but she is not ready to leave him & if he force to say that i will send notice to you from lawyer she will blackmail her & say i will do suicide will send you jail. Will not leave so easily. he is very innocent & his parents also they scared for that if she will do such actions i have only 1 sons & they are force to live with her.
Sir but i love him alot we want to marry but without getting divorce from her we cant marry & she is not ready to do .
Atleast give us such solution so that we can move further & not to wait .
Help us please.

Do you need a Legal Advise to how to Spoil a Pleasant Family of Husband,Wife and a Child.You could find a better legally Right Person in your Life.If that man is ready to deceive his family for the sake of your self How long it will take for him to repeat the same thing to you.Your Intentions are Illegal and Immoral.Better Advise him and forget him and try to lead a Moral Life with the Guidance of your Parents.Other Woman's Husband Other Man's Wife Other Men/Women's Money would be always Poison. Better forget him forever. Don't try to spoil life of the couple. If their marriage is not happy, only you can be the main cause for that.

He is married having wife and kid.

Mutual adjustment between husband and wife is their matter, you should not intervene / have no role to play between them.

There is no future of your relation, only troubles.

Better forget him and move forward in life.

I agree with the experts..
You can force him to take divorce.
To file a divorce petition, he has to have strong grounds to get the divorce from the court.

Legally advice from the expert Adv. Yogen Kakade ji is OK in the given situation.

Practically, if the divorce is contested, it may take years, if you have capacity to wait, may try.

If he proceed to take divorce as per your request, it would give a true picture, how serious is he in the said relation?
