Does court order require registration ?
Guest (Expert) 11 May 2017
Basing on the Court Order the Concerned Registrar Office would implement the Cancellation accordingly.Submit a Concerned Court Order in Original Copy to the Concerned Registrar Office and take acknowledgement and after a week apply for EC and it would be reflected in EC and then only your work is Completed Please.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 11 May 2017
state full facts.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 11 May 2017
Post full facts.

Certified copy of the court judgment should suffice.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 11 May 2017
Academic query.

State material facts of the problem if any.

How are you concerned / related with the query?

Looks like examination question.
Sri Vijayan.A (Expert) 11 May 2017
Your question does not give full details.
I hope the question is regarding a court decree on an immovable property. The order itself is enough. However, in order to get it reflected in EC, you can optionally register it.

Dear Mehta,
Try to give full fact, then only we would be in a position to guide you.

Dear All Experts, I appreciate and thanks for your valuable advises.

Please note that I am not asking any academic query, it's my own flat transfer query. I am trying to find out more about optional method to cancel the registered sale deed through court recourse, still do I have to go for the registration and pay stamp duty ?
