Stamp duty in case of transfer of immovable property in selllement deed

Dear Sir,

Can i know if immovable property is transfered from Settlor to trust what amount of stamp paper should be purchased??

Also stamp duty is necessary for immovable property & movable property and what is the amount??

1. Stamp Duty is 5% of the gross rateable value of the "Immovable Property" and is payable even if the property is proposed to be transferred to a Trust (of whatever kind) (owned or not owned) by the Trustee.

Stamp duty / fee differ from state to state, discuss / consult local registrar office / local lawyer.
