Patta land query

my father is living in a place for almost 10 years he was given this land by gram panchayat but he doesn't have any PATTA .how can we get the patta ,and what documents are needed we have electricity bills and ration card of this place.

please help

1. Make proper application to the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat office, for Transfer of Patta Title of land. You may be required to pay some official Nazrana etc....

The scheme under which land was given need to be referred.

Better consult Panchayat / Sarpanch / local lawyer.

My father has a letter which looks from gram panchayat which says that this particular piece of land is given to him for housing purpose and on the paper there are a few other witness's signature .now what we have electric bill too but not an official patta paper from the tehsildar. Now we have the following doubts
1)can this land be challenged by our other relatives saying my father is their brother.
2)can we be asked to vacant the land after my father
3)can he now without having the patta write his will and include this land in his will .
4)we visit that village sometimes so can this become an impediment in the process of we be given that land after my father.
5)and how often are patta made and what is the process from getting it from tehsildar's office.
6)what legal documents will tehsil office ask from us to give that patta to us.
7)and if my father do registry of that land in my mother's name without having the patta in his name from tehsildar ,will that registry hold any legal ground.
8)and if my father only do registry in my mother's name but doesn't transfer the patta to het name then what problems can we face.
Please help.
