PF not credited by employer

Hello, I worked with reknowed BPO for 6 months. In appointment letter they mentioned that PF employer's contribution will be 1800 however, when I am checking my UAN passbook it is showing they credited 550 each month only. Also, I received 5 month salary n 1 FNF Settlement amont but they have credited just 4 month of PF. So, 1 month complete PF amount and FNF Settlement PF amount not credited. What will I do now.

In cae employer has not credited full remittance then submit a complaint in writing to the RPFC seeking action under section 7A of the EPF&MP Act 1952, specifically requesting for your presence in the hearings.

You may also write to designated HR personnel handling PF and ask to supply salary slips of all months and raise your queries and get an answer in writing.

It shall take only one email or letter under proper acknowledgment, to designated HR personnel with a copy to good offices of appointing authority,MD to build favorable record.

In many threads expert used Mrs/Mr/Ms/ Madam before addressing me, please use Mr. before my name in case of need.

Write for the last time on the same email trail to good offices of appointing authority, MD and request to supply a reply within say next 7 days.

The deduction of PF is on wages as per the Act.

As already posted by Mr. Sudhir Kumar if employer has not credited full remittance employee can lodge complaint with EPFO.
