Motor insurance claim withdrawal

I registered a claim for Car damage due to Diwali crackers fire.Later on I realised that it will not be financially viable do I got the car from the garage without job done,not any claim form filled.Now 1 month later the insurer has mailed me that my claim is closed due to vehicle not brought to garage.My question is whether I will get no claim bonus on next renewal or not and will the premium will be increased due to filing of claim.

Yes if u don't make any claim then your next year premium is decreased that is called as no claim bonus.

If u make claim then next premium is increased as claim is made in previous year.

Unfit query.
Since you did not file any claim for damage of your car occurred due to fire-crackers accordingly there is no dispute involved in the query except your clarification on the amount of premium to be paid for renewal of insurance.
Consult an Insurance agent.
