Hi,
My friend sister husband filed divorce as soon as he got a govt job. My friend sister filed a Restitution in court. Meanwhile the husband has sent vulgar messages to his brother in law in mobile. The messages are very vulgar on his mother in law, brother in law wife, wife sister. A women harassment case was filed by the brother in law. The husband Anei Bail was rejected first but then he assured that he will live his wife. On that ground, high court granted him bail. But the husband and their relatives are threatening my friend family to accept divorce. AB order clearly says that he agreed to live with his wife. How can this AB order be used in cancelling the divorce case filed by husband and what can be the next way for my friend sister to proceed legally.

Apply for cancellation of AB. If the condition of bail is not fulfilled the court can cancel the bail.

2. How you are concerned for the problem of so-called "friend sister husband"? Concentrate on your own business and guide your "friend sister husband/wife" to consult a local lawyer.

Anticipatory bail and divorce proceedings happen in two different courts. Anticipatory bail shall be converted into regular bail eventually. I can't give correct advice without looking into the grounds of divorce. Living with wife might have been a condition for obtaining bail suppressing the divorce case. Post more information in a fresh post.
