I WANT TO SUBMIT OPPOSITION TO THE SRO TO OPPOSE ANY TYPE OF TRANSACTION LIKE SALE OR LEASE ETC., BY MY SISTER WHO IS ALSO A LEGAL HEIR OF THE PROPERTY GIVEN BY MY MOTHER THROUGH HER WILL. PLEASE SEND ME FORMAT FOR OPPOSITION FORM.

Your able counsel well versed with state laws/rules can also update you if it shall work!

If your mother has left a valid WILL and it is acted upon then what is left to be done by SRO!

Your sister who is owner of the property can sell / mortgage its undivided share, you can not object till your interest is effected.
