As this warrant is being issued to me by govt of India and as I'm working in one if the prestigious service how can one deny the form issued to me by govt of India there by humiliating me and also challenging a document issued by the govt of india . kindly plz suggest me to bring this into the intervention of authorities so that necessary action be initiated againts him an thus justice be liven

If the handwriting was legible, it should have been accepted.

If station master is competent to wet it is legible it should have been accepted.

If the handwriting was not legible the concerned clerk can reject.
He has to mind his job as well.

If he misbehaved then Station Master must have acted.

Mr. Praveen,

Not a legal problem. It is only an administrative problem for which you can make complaint against the booking clerk.

However, which part of the warrant was treated as shabby or not decipherable? If station master was agreeable, he should have ordered in writing to accept that warrant.
