Hello sir I have defaulter for sbi bank Cgtmes scheme and bank have got money back from the cgstmes now bank treating me to clear that .the amount is 5 lack and I don't have amount plz Gide me plz

Thank for responding. I have took 5lack from sbi bank under cgtsmse scheme and unfortunately my company has closed then bank people have put the civil case and the court has given in favor of bank when bank has recived many from cgtsmse trust where I have paid insurance amount(cgtmse)to bank before tackling loan now bank is tretin me to clear the same. Where I don't have money to repay so my coshen what is the cost role when a person defaulter Evan am trying to convince them I well pay 2lack and meshenaris what I have but they are not ready to talk on mean time can I advocate in Bangalore who knows about cgtsmse

Loan taken under CGTSME scheme has to be returned by the borrower.
Bank get fix % of the defaulted outstanding from guarantee corporation (CGTSME), full amount is not received. CGTSME does not check Bank to proceed against the defaulted borrower.
Even after getting the claim from CGTSME, Bank reserve right and has to recover full outstanding from borrower. It has to return the recovered amount in same % to CGTSME.
In the given circumstances, Bank is justified to proceed against the defaulter to recover the amount.
