Will

My grandfather registered a will in the year 1997 and given all rights to our 4 uncles (My Father's brothers) to divide the property based on their own discretion. However, during 2005 our grandfather changed mind and gave to my father one new will (unregistered) in a plain paper and mentioned that all his property will have my father rights. Now my father and grandfather is no more with us. And my uncles are dividing the property among them and giving to my father's sisters as gift. Can I claim the property based on the Will that my Grandfather gave to my Father. My father is no more, can I as an eldest grandson can claim the property or put a case against my uncles. Please advise. Thanks.

The facts in the queries do not match.

Nevertheless, if the last WILL on the plain paper exists you may show it to your able counsel specializing in family/property/revenue/civil matters and share the actual facts for a considered opinion.

The counsel that has examined all docs and facts and inputs can advise you the best.

Casual query may not solve the problem, it is better, state material facts and / or discuss with some senior lawyer in the field for guidance, clarify your doubts.

Recently when I checked all the documents that was with my father, then I came across this will. I had no information about this Will before nor my father shared about this Will information to me and my Mother. For that reason I again posted this query and wanted your expert opinion. Any advise on this will be greatly helpful for me to take next course of action. Thank you!
