Sir/Madam,
One of my resident with her daughter is continusy buly my sister and abusing her by wrong words and we have no evidence of that she were doing this when she is alone as i am male cannot urgue with that women so please i request you to advice me what to do in this matter what can we take appropirate steps

Record (audio/visual) and lodge complaint with police.

Record the abuses and try to have some eye witness in the matter.

Talk to her parents. Issue seems to be childish and trivial. It is better not to involve the legal recourse juts now.
