Tution fee collection in vaccation

Dear sir kindly tell me whether the schools have the right to collect tution fee in summer vacations also if not tell me how can we stop to pay the tution fee of our children

School has to pay the teachers, staff and have to pay other expenses in summer vacations, how they can waive tuition fee during vacations?
