How to extend building sanction plan

Sir
I sanction a building plan commercial come residential from BBMP due some incident i am not able start construction and i have another month to expire sanction plan( 2 year duration ) and my finance situation is very bad for another 6years when i contacted BBMP officials they are saying u cannot extend you building plan please guide me how can i extend building plan or what can i do

You tell the BBMP that you want to revise the building plan for some meaningful purpose as advised by some architects, in the circumstance you need extension of time that the BBMP cannot refuse.
then get in touch with some affordable builders to execute the construction where he would get his investment and some profit that way you can tied over if the bankers are not handy for yr project.

Proceed as advised by your architect and BBMP Rules, however, it is not a legal query for opinion and advise.

As suggested by experts your architect has an proper answer to this.Alternately you may prepare a new plan after six years when you intend to construct the building if the authorities do not approve your application for extension.
