Internal Story - judge's decision

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 31 December 2009 This query is : Resolved
Hello Respected Experts,

This is very general question but having the truthness behind the story.

I have heard that some of judges in civil cases are directly accessed and also given the fixed amount, the judgements of these judges can be changed accordingly.

Defintely each field can have some sort of corruption involved but I wondered where the cases are justified on the merits, how the judgements can be changed with power of money? if someone comes to know that the judgement he got is not justified then what that poor fellow should do in order to get the justice in such a situation?

Pls suggest as your inputs can save many people if there is any solution. What one could do if it happens in matrimonial cases like divorce?

Thank you

u can make a complaint to the High Court and report matter to the District Judge in this respect except some clerical mistake the substance of the main judgement can not be altered unless and untill there grave factual / material illegality comitted. More so once the judgement is signed and pronounced in the open ocurt it can not be even touched what to talk about the alteration or change except the abovestated.

If you have enough evidence about corruption, you can definitely approach HC. There is no point in approaching District Judge as he is not the proper authority to take action action against subordinate judges.

I think you are making complaint about hearsay presumptions. Bring a specific instance here so that exact and accurate way out may be told to you. No judge can change the judgment once it is pronounced in the open court. The opinion of judge may be different than you so you cant blame whole community of judges without any specific instance.

without having proof of corruption u can't do anything, moreover we can't question the Judgeship as well as judgement.
