hello everyone,
i am confuse in choosing ECR or ECNR category in passport. i have bachelor degree and i am indian ,my D.O.B is 15/08/1990.
please suggest me which category i will choose .

is 10th marksheet is mandatory for ecnr category ? or should i use other document instead of 10th marksheet

You said that you have a Bachelor degree. Does that not qualify you to be in the ECNR category? Why are you unnecessarily repeating and prolonging the thread?
