If his fees is due, pay the same and get the file. What are the reasons for asking to return the file and for refusing by advocate?

You can engage another Advocate, first pay professional fee of the previous advocate. If he does not give NOC, submit vakalatnama of your new lawyer and inform the court that you have discontinued your old lawyer.
File can be reconstructed.

His fees is clear, there are 4 cases going on against my family so when we hire the advocate at that time he told us that he will charge Rs.10000 as case study fees & on every date he will charge Rs.500 so we have given him but now after getting the judgement of 498(A),now he is demanding Rs.50000 & also he is saying that for per case his case study fees is Rs.10000 therefore now he is demanding money from us he said that he will not return the file so what can I do now Please suggest.

498a case (complaint ) would not have been handled by him so you may not get that file. If you have some other cases pending and he is demanding huge money other than agreed, you may negotiate or can move an application before concerned court stating that you disengage the said advocate as your counsel and you may be permitted to appoint a new counsel, this will make him absolved from h=our case and you can get a vakalatnama signed by a different advocate to handle your case.
