GOOD AFTERNOON LEARNED LAWYERS, Under the N.I.Act of section 138 a case has been filed in the Magistrate Court against my client, due to medical reasons I withdrew my Vacalat,now I am OK. Can I RESUBMIT my vacalat for my client.

Yes,you can file fresh vakalatnama, no restrictions.

Check With Your Client what happened to your With drawal Vakalat If It is not Used No Problem You Could Continue.If your with drawal Vakalat was Submitted by Any Other Advocate With the Consent Then He has to give the Consent for your Fresh appearance.

just check it that who is the current counsel for your client. if there is no body mean you can reinstate..

or else that current counsel has to give no objection to you..
