For withdraw FD,legal heir or succession certificate require

Hello sir,I am aravindhan,tamilnadu.my grandma was death in 2004, she write will on my mother.and she had some fixed deposits in bank without nominee.If we want withdraw the fixed deposite means what is the procedure? And for this which certificate is required legal heir or succession.how to get the required certificate.and also some properties in my grandma name,how to change those properties to my mother name. please guide me sir.

My grandma&grandpa had no children so they adopt my mother from their relative.my grandpa death in 2000.and in WILL my grandma write that "For my all movable and immoveable properties legal heir is my daughter" and they specify some properties in the WILL.

if there is no nominee you have seek succession certificate from competent court for the sum then the bank will pay you the money

Venu sir,when we approach the bank's lawyer,that lawyer said that,for this withdraw process we need get succession certificate as there is no legal heir for this person(for my grandma) and then we can approach for this fixed deposits in court. Sir can you give me the proper statement about the WILL is enough for this withdraw. My mail Id is aravindhan.dude@gmail.com
