rent

I have taken a godown on rent 10 years back and paying rent regularly but from last 4 years the owner of the property is not traceable and i am not able to pay rent.
What should I do now so that I dont have to vacate the said premises?
Can I claim the ownership of the property?

Get lost.no need.why you guys even bother to write such thing.i guess you people dnt have any clients.after having llb degree must be doing notary or typing.stay happy with it and please stop begging for clients.
