Arrears of land revenue

Venture capital assistance became loan on due date and is to be recovered as arrears of land revenue from borrowers from all States. What is the procedure to recover the same.

The procedure for recovery of arrears of land revenue is that they can seize all the assets of the person who is liable to pay the arrears. It applies in this Venture Capital assistance loan also.
