I, Dhruba Banerjee, file a section 13 for divorce from my wife in Varanasi family court. Other party (wife) now resides at Kolkata, WestBengal. She applied in supreme court for the transfer the case in Varanasi to Barasat , Kolkata court. I have got a service of a lawyer in supreme court to file my objection for the above mentioned case (transfer petition) . But my lawyer seems to be failing to file in dew time. Now I want to appoint a new lawyer for the above mentioned case. Can I appoint a lawyer in supreme court in emergency case? Please help me with appropriate suggestion.

If you want to change your lawyer then you should get No Objection form previous lawyer who is advocate on record. Execute a fresh Vakalatnama to new one.

Sc will grant application of wife for transfer of case . convenience of wife is generally taken into account .
you are at liberty to change your lawyer in SC if you so desire
