DEAR SIR,

AS I GOT A.B FROM HIGH COURT DELHI U/S 498A,406,34.MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER MY IN-LAWS CAN CREATE A PROBLEM WHILE THE PROCEEDINGS FOR REGULAR BAIL.
Prakash Yedhula (Expert) 01 December 2009
Since you have already obtained AB, occasion may not arise for regular bail.

Once somebody gets AB,the next step is to get it regularised from the trial court and at that time the complainant has got every right to oppose it specially if the articles are not seized. In that circumstances the court generally grants ad-interim bail imposing certain conditions like if not the only asking the accused persons to meet the IO few times a week and after the execution of Sec.406 the court grants regular/final bail.
