can a power agent GIFT the property of the principal through his general power of attorney to the person whom such agent chooses?

whether the term "to do all acts" shall include gift transfer in such case? (if there is no specification about gift)

If the POA deed authorises the agent to transact in any manner including transfer by way of gift deed and the deed executed by the principal has been registered, the action of the agent will be held valid.
