Hi all. Am I liable to pay maintenance to my daughter who is living with her mother, if my wife re-marry after getting divorce.

Your daughter is entitled for maintenance even after re-marriage of your ex-wife, whereas she is still your wife (not yet divorced)in that eventuality she (wife) is also entitled.

Your daughter is entitled for maintenance from you (i.e., biological father)hence please pay atleast to your daughter.
