docs to get stay

Dear Respected Experts,
Greetings to you all!
I am out of country and I got information that my uncle (chacha) has started construction work on a land with khasra no x which is still not divided among children of my late. grandfather (gair marusi). Please guide me how can i get stay against this construction work being out of country and what minimum documents are required to produce in court to get stay order. My late. father's and my name is there in revenue department.
* I have house in khasra no y. Both X and y khasra numbers are by the name of late. grand father.
* To get new sewerage and electricity connections by my name, my uncle mentioned khasra no y for me as house was built in khasra no y. I do not his intentions behind fixing khasra no y with my name as piece of land khasra no X is having commercial value.

1) issue legal notice to your uncle to stop construction work and for partition of land

2) if your uncle refuses file suit for partition and obtain injunction restraining your uncle from carrying out further construction

You can send Vakalatnama to your lawyer and power of attorney to some of your relative to take stay from court for construction by your uncle. File case of partition.

You have to contact a local lawyer, instruct him to proceed with a suit for partition and and also with an application for injunction restraining your uncle from proceeding with the proposed repair/construction works. You may send a POA in favor of any of your close relative to sign vakalat and other papers on your behalf before the court.
