(Querist) 23 November 2009 This query is : Resolved 
1) If any thing is written in the book published by the publisher but written by the lawyer, ca, cs or any degree holder or any PHD person in any filed and the book or article written is not write than who is liable for the wrong judgment taken by the person who was reading the book or article?

2) As per which section, rule, order or act the following person known as publisher or writer is in default or we can see how has made an offence & who is punishable ? please any kind of article or case laws or section mentioned the penalty & most imp the proceed.

If any article or any book caused any damages to the reader he can sue on the writer and publisher, he can claim damages.
Before initiating any legal action against them carefully go thru., the writers view and publishers statement regarding this.

Please note that in the first instance, there must be a privity of contract between the person giving advise and taking advise. I dont think you can simply sue a person if you sustain any loss by following his advice written in a book. For example, in a magazine, I read that X company shares will be profiatble purchase and the price will go up by 25% in ten weeks. The prices, on the contrary may go down by 10%. I dont think you can sue him.

There is a vaccuum in respect of such things as of now.
