Domestic violence case

My wife has done 498A, 354,307 and several other false criminal cases (around 10 in numbers) on me since last two years. I got bail in all and they are at different stages of hearing. I am forced out from my own residence. I have written around 50 letters to administration that I am not able to enter my own home. As result I am not staying with wife over two years. I have confirmed news that she has now levied domestic violence case on me. Is this DV case applicable?

It is your house and if you like a duck is thrown out of your own home then only God can help.
be a man and enter your own home. Worst is already done and only things better for you can happen now.

DV is continuing offence . nature of allegations made in complaint has to be seen

I am not staying with her for last two years. In one company she was a director with 0.06% shares. She had resigned from there. Later on she did case u/s 420 that her signatures were forged and she had not resigned. That case is pending before criminal court.
Now in DV act petition she claims that she had been attending to business and now nobody should disturb her when she comes to business place where she was 0.06% director. In fact she never attended to the business before and was never paid a penny out of that business. On the strength of DV act can she start working in that business place ?
