cheating and fruad by Snapdeal and its vendor

I had placed a order for Security DVR with Snapdeal .com on their site. I received a parcel from their vendor Vishal Infosolutuons Ahemdabad with. Product model DS-7116-HWI-SL mentioned on the parcel. How ever when the parcel was opened the content product model was DS-7116-HVI-SL an out dated model. A complaint has been registered with the local police station but they are not willing to register a FIR under IPC 420 or others.Kindly advice under which IPC the crime stands.Also which magistrate can direct the police to register a FIR. Should the matter be referred to the consumer court .Ashok Kumar Puri

It seems that this querist is trying to throwing mud on the Snapdeal. If his case is genuine he would have approached the Snapdeal for refund. Only when they refuse the litigation starts.

But this querist says Snapdeal is a fraud even without disclosing his identity.
