my wife file false 498a,323,114,dp 3.7 . I got a stay from high court gujarat. Now i filed complain in session court under sec 211 read with 202,203 and 114, 120b, accept by session court agmedabad nd i mention all my wife family member name includeing her jijaji and he is advocate. Now i want to complain her jijaji in bar council of gujarat so they will cancel him sanad. Pls guide me how nd where i can complin against my wife jijaji so he will lose him advocate regirstration / sanad. Pls guide me if any other way to cancle my wife jijaji reg.../sanad from bar council of gujarat. Pls give me any drafting example

What is the fault of his jijaji?
Merely because he has helped his sister does not mean you have right to lodge complaint against him.
Even if you do so the same would fall flat on its face.

In your query, you have shown merely your own intentions what you want to do, but not the background of the 498A case on which you consider that as false.
Your problem is 498A case. If you want to harm others that is not your problem. Here you can seek solution to your problem, not the ways how to harm others.
Don't think that we are here just to guuide people how to harm others. nIf her jijaji is helping her as a lawyer, you should hire some more competnet lawyer than her jijaji to win the case on merits, rather than thinking to get his sanad cancelled merely because he helps your wife to fight her case.
Be sensible. Don't try to dig your own grave.

On what grounds you want to make complaint. Action can not be taken against any one till solid proof exist.

I agree to the suggestions and opinions of expert Mr. Dhingra on the subject issue. There is no valid reason for you to go against her jijaji, as advised by experts better confine yourself to the ensuing case and plan your strategies to challenge and defend it.

Cancellation of SANAD of an Advocate is not a easy task. Out of your personal grudge you cannot do that. Although factually a Judge also can be adjudicated under the law because no body is above the law of the country
