Hello Experts,
Please Help...
Meri marriage 2012 mai hui thi, par last eight months se ye lagne laga hai jaise hum ek dusre ko zhel rahen hai. Ab meri wife divorse chahti hai.Hamari abhi koi santaan bhi naheen hai. Mai apne parents aur do choti sisters ke sath delhi mai rehta hoon aur ak private company main clerk hoon. Mai ek lower middle class family se belong karta hoon aur pariwar mai akela hi kamaane wala hoon.Mera ghar mere father ke naam hai aur wo unka hi kharida hua hai.meri wife bhi contract base per working hain. To mai ye janna chahta hoon ki divorse ke baad mujhe apni wife ko kitna gujarabhatta dena hoga, aur eske elawaa wo kis cheeze ki haqdaar hogi.

Hello sir,
Please some points clear to me...
1. Agar wife working hai to bhi use itna dena pad sakta hai?
2. mere father ki property main bhi uska kuch haq banega kyaa.
3. Ek baar jo court fix kar deta hai sirf wahi dena hota hai aage, yaa in future income badne par uska share bhi badta rehta hai.
4. agar baad mai wife remarry ho jaati hai tab kyaa hoga

Try for amicable settlement to save marriage and if not possible explore the possibility of Mutual Consent Divorce. Contested divorce may take 5-6 years and a no. of criminal cases against you and your family.

Dear Experts,
Meri salary abhi 25000/-pm hai. jabki meri wife abhi contract base par govt. department mai hai uski salary abhi 4000/- pm hai, but in future permanant hone ke chance hai to salary increase ho jayegi.

Once you file case for divorce, they may file cases of domestic violence, dowry, maintenance, return of stridhan etc. against you and your family as the case may be.
