approx 6 month old judgment. not sure of the terms and conditions of the contract. it just highlighted some general principles to be followed while awarding damages. such as in the mc dermotts case and saw pipes cases

Various common citations are available in such matters but it depnds upon the terms of the contract. So better if you come with all real facts.
