Hello everyone,
I was in a relationship with a boy for almost 10yrrs. I had a relationship only when i boy promised me to marry me in any condition. We were also physically close because he gave me assurance of marrying me even if his parents go against our relationship or even if they blackmail.Now after 10yrs he changed his words and told me that he do not want to marry me after having so many years relationship. He had also cheated on me doing two timing with me. Now i want to file a case against him so that he will not cheat other gals too. I m mentally disturbed now. Please advice if we can file a case against him

yes, you can file a police complaint along with proof, they will take legal action against him.

You are adult and you were into the relationship knowing fully well about the implications if it does not work in future.
On the basis of allegations no case lies against your male partner. Better forget this episode and move on in life. The courts nowadays does not favour the notion that sex on promise of marriage is rape.
If a lady retracts from your commitment to marry her male partner, does any case lie?

I am struggling for justice. I do not want to marry this boy but i am sure he will continue to cheat other girls too in future. Very first thing i made clear was about the marriage later this boy had changed his words

If he did not married you in the first year, there was no reason to continue relation for next 9 years, and went beyond mere friendship. Being adult you should be alert from the first year.
