1. You can ask for such undertaking but such undertaking is unlikely to be given.Nobody wants to bear blanket responsibility for anything happens to you or your child.

2.Audio recordings have merit in court but proof of recording is a very cumbersome process and hence mostly it is voided in court.

No doubt proving the voice recorded evidences before the court is cumbersome, on a persistent effort you can achieve it but there can be no undertaking given for this. As advised, see if there are any chance for saving the marriage and act swiftly to do it.
