SIR, I HAVE FILED THE RCR AGAINST MY WIFE, NOW I WANT TO WITHDRAW THAT and FILE APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 13 OF HMA. KINDLY ANY ONE HELP ME FOR , HOW TO WRITE AN APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION AND AFFIDAVITE AND WHAT R THE POINTS TO MENTIONED IN THAT. AND UNDER WHICH RULE I HAVE TO FILE THE APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION FOR RCR.

File an application under Order 23 Rule 1 of CPC.
Do apply for leave to file again on same cause of action in the prayer of withdrawal petition.
