Respected seniors ,
Sir, i want to send notice for cheque bounce, actually, cheque issued by a Limited company for payment of account clearance of employee and cheque signed by Manager of concerned company , to whom i can send notice .
2. my client is resident of village falls in the jurisdiction of court where i am practicing but he presented the cheque in other area , where i can file complaint. where complainant resides , or where he presented the cheque , or where he received the cheque. I want to file complaint where he resides but as per your precious advice i will send notice.

A case u/s 138 of NI act can be filed at any one place: place of the complainant or accused or the banker's location.

Normally the complainant will prefer to file the case in his location, this is correct as per law.
