Sir, in 1976 we won the case on our favour at Yellamanchili court,visakhapatnam dist,Andhara pradesh.but judgement copy was missed.now we want that copy.how it is possible?we don't have any idea about the case number and lawyer name also.

please give idea to get the judgement copy or the case number

after 38 years you want copy of order . if district court has records of disposed of cases of 1976 then you may get a copy . visit court premises contact any lawyer .

It is doubtful the record room would be able to trace such an old record. you may try. Contact a local lawyer.

Certified copy of such order is highly improbable.

sir, we went for local court for the copy of judgement.but they need case number.is there any other route to find case number? is the case number available at local police station?

engage local Advocate and go to court with him, inquire with Adm Dept, if available..

you must be knowing name of parties . on that basis search can be made in old records. contact some managing clerk . pay him his charges
